Dancing

We get stuck. In old patterns. In pain. In circumstances we did not choose.

Dancing is about moving anyway.

The figure rises sensual and dynamic out of rough surroundings – fluid against static – and refuses to be consumed by the heaviness around it. Not movement as escape. Movement as a way of being fully present inside imperfect conditions.

Even in the middle of struggle, you can still choose to dance.
